Neon Heights

When cities could no longer grow wide, they began to rise high. The neon signs blend with the clouds and light up the facades with bright colors, these usually show the faces of famous figures linked to advertising campaigns. Above a block of apartments, a girl is sitting contemplating the views of the city, as a police vehicle approaches and stops, pointing a huge spotlight at her, signaling that it is forbidden to be in such a dangerous place. On top of the girl stands the 'Blue District Gate', a one-way tunnel that leads to the Blue District.
