Breakdown

During the daylight, Palms City seems harmless. But when the sun goes down, something in the air changes. It's as though the city itself implements a curfew for those who reside within it. Some blame turf wars between rival groups. Others claim a ghostly predator appears from the shadows to take it's prey. There are even rumors that hunting parties are seen exiting Alistair's Tower at night. What is known however, is that this not a good time to breakdown.
