Owned by the mysterious, Mr. Alistair, The Palms Tower serves as the home for only the most affluent of citizens in Palms City. This 16-story building is not only residential, but provides dining locations, clinics, and everything else any "self-made," citizen could ask for. While residents are free to come and go as they please, The Palms Tower contains everything to meet it's residents needs. In addition, this is one of the most highly secured locations in Palms City. Any who have entered the property uninvited, have disappeared without a trace.
