Bridal Veils

Filmed at Bridal Veils Falls in New Zealand. Captured at 200fps slow motion. Legend has it that in generations past a Maori man from the coast and his love from an inland tribe hid in a cave at the foot of this waterfall behind the veil of water from their pursuers after she ran away with him. Strangely in this shot, a young Maori man can be seen in the water... he entered and began a 'Haka' (traditional war chant) calling up to the waterfall as if challenging the might of the pounding falls and honoring the legend.
