The Spiral Fountain

The temperature change was instant, the cold refreshing mist flowed through the palace. Everything appeared calm, but the hero felt on the edge, anticipating the potential danger. The water rumbled as it flowed, the sound was rather soft and relaxing. The original source of the waterfall was unknown, it was as if the water fell directly from the skies, the heavens. The water was crystal clear and it glistened like tiny gems. The water flowed in the spiral and exited the palace creating another waterfall and a lake at the bottom of the palace.
