I was first turned on by science fiction back in the days when pulp periodicals such as Analog and The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction provided an affordable stream of new stories for a boy, some of which were scary, some of which were enlightening, and some of which were--to be honest--marvelously titillating.
Those days will never return, for the genre or for the boy.
So I decided to have some fun and bring a bit of the magic back by designing a fantasy sci-fi cover for the era of cryptocurrency.
