The Incompetent Algorithm

This is directly inspired by dealing with online "book stores" from the author side, and social media customer service... They are set up in loops to not assume responsibility and not solve the problem. Of course it's not the algorithm's fault, it's the humans who programmed it, and the policy that lead to that type of programming. Nevertheless, these people think they are smart, but all that they generate is contempt. You can not reduce the world to a mathematical formula, you can not reduce humanity to an algorithm, it's way more subtle and complex than that. One size DOES NOT fit all. 1 of 1
