5D Feather Spectrum is a series dedicated to encompassing the beauty of unseen colors. Avian feathers hold a tetrachromatic pallet of ultraviolet colors only experienced by creatures, insects & humans who hold the visual key of a 4th retinal cone. This series is part of my Transmissions of Light collection; in-camera captures exposed by the waves of phosphorus, neon, and light-emitting diodes found within various night-time advertising signage. The markings, trajectory, and emission of each light source create a unique imprint directly on the camera's sensor.
