charis x athem : quintessence

Quintessence - The fifth and highest element in Ancient Greek philosophy, often referred to as ‘Aether’, something that many have thought to exist in the material world..but I have long believed to be kindness & empathy. Charis - A given name derived from a Greek word meaning ‘grace, kindness, and life’, often used as a biblical term referring to ‘good will, kindness or favour’ Laina took this photograph on a family vacation in Wisconsin, and through it was able to share a special moment with a young & somewhat introverted relative diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome.
