Our mind is a maze. It is filled with lingering thoughts, provoking memories, and an occasional uninvited guest who’s fondly known as “Mr. Mind Block”. He comes with no harm, perhaps only stress. He's here to remind us not to be too mindful of him for he comes and goes. We are the only ones who get to decide what stays and what needs to be tossed out of our minds.
Perhaps it's time we learn how to embrace Mr. Mind Block's occasional presence. And when we accept that mind blocks are part of our life's journey, we can become better.
