Rain in Ping Yao

I shot this picture in Ping Yao, China in 2013. It was a heavy rainy night in the city. This young man has come into my frame in front of me. The street lights and reflections were creating a great scene for a photographer. I have just edited in PS and extremely forced the border of editing on purpose by using noise reduction tools in the raw image.
