Hero In The Making by Terrell Jones This mini-series introduces Justice Jones, my character Terry’s favorite superhero. The ideation of this hero was inspired by an issue I’ve since I was young. There weren’t a lot of black superheroes to look up to. The ones we had were seldom the main heroes of their groups or universes. Justice Jones is THE hero. ‘Hero In The Making’ was inspired by all of the memories I have of waking up early every Saturday morning and watching cartoons for hours. Often I would spend the rest of the day thinking of my own superhero stories and costumes.
