The Virtuous Justice Jones by Terrell Jones This mini-series introduces Justice Jones, my character Terry’s favorite superhero. The ideation of this hero was inspired by an issue I’ve since I was young. There weren’t a lot of black superheroes to look up to. The ones we had were seldom the main heroes of their groups or universes. Justice Jones is THE hero. ‘The Virtuous Justice Jones’ was made as a homage to a painting I love by Indonesian artist Nyoman Masriadi. I was captivated by how the comically massive cape drew my eyes in and I wanted to see my hero in a similar light.
