Constant, traumatic grief can cause us to cycle (sometimes quickly) through the stages of grief. These stages are our attempts to digest the changes and protect ourselves while we adapt to the new reality.
Acceptance – In this last stage, individuals embrace morality or inevitable future. Typically comes with a calm, retrospective view for the individual, and a stable condition of emotions.
But is this the end?
