Saito Gozaru

Saito Gozaru was known to be very intimidating when he wanted to. Besides his duties as Captain of the Third Squad of the Macaque Shinsengumi Police Force, he was also responsible for rooting out any laziness in the ranks. That was certainly one of the reasons why he was so difficult to approach and all the other monkeys around him, though in their best manners, were always very stiff.
