The Confluence

A confluence is the process of merging whether it be rivers, ideas or events. In the modern world with travel and the internet we have the opportunity to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. Our lives are joined at certain moments in time whether briefly or at the beginning of lifelong relationships. With this image and with all who collect it, the merging of color streams below from their respective origins is symbolic of our different paths and the point at which they meet. What happens after that point, only time will tell but for now, at this point of confluence, we are forever a part of each other’s story.
