In what feels like a dissonant world right now, each of us needs to create our own 'pockets of peace' not only for ourselves, but for those we love. I am reminded of the many challenging moments in my own life when I questioned my own existence — the tragedies and travails that shake one to the core — and through these experiences, I am grateful to have had friends around me who cared enough to listen.
