This militant GERM specimen is going way back with a Murata 1880 and a tight Peacoat that’s adorned with the Hippy Suede palette. It appears to be wearing the not so common Japanese Sailor Cap! Can utilize precision strikes from a distance but also frequently employs chem or bio attacks. It takes a lot to rattle this one. Big on self-reliance, stockpiling supplies, and gaining survival skills.
