Grave Betty

The Bumelia Crassipes is an extremely common, small plant and can be found only on a few dozen islands. It blooms once a year, for 1 month. It has thick, rosette leaves, which are usually yellow-green. It also grows tiny flowers, which can be blue, dark blue and light gold. These plants grow alone, often without another in sight, but it's tough to control and maintain their growth. They can be used as medicine. As a defense mechanism the Bumelia Crassipes grows tiny thorns. They rely on winds to carry their seeds away to reproduce. Once pollinated, they grow fairly large, delicious fruits.
