The Diascia Faasenii is a very common, tiny plant and can be found mostly on tropical islands. It blooms once a year, for 2 months. It has huge, squared leaves, which are usually light orange. It also grows quite large flowers, which can be light blue, orange and light silver. These plants grow in large groups, but it's complicated to control and maintain their growth. They can be used as a cooking ingredient, similar to herbs. As a defense mechanism the Diascia Faasenii grows stinging hairs, like a nettle. They rely on wind pollination to reproduce. Once pollinated, they grow fairly large, inedible fruits.
