The Castanea Mugo is an extremely common, large plant and can be found anywhere near lakes. It blooms once a year, for 5 months. It has thin, diamond shaped leaves, which are usually forest green. It also grows quite small flowers, which can be dark grey, grey, dark pink and brown. These plants grow in decent numbers, but it's easy to control and maintain their growth. They can be eaten to relief a sore throat. As a defense mechanism the Castanea Mugo produces a thick, sticky wax. They rely on wind pollination to reproduce. Once pollinated, they grow fairly large, inedible nuts.
