The Callicarpa Auricoma is a common, modest plant and can be found anywhere near rivers. It blooms in late spring. It has large, kidney shaped leaves, which are usually dark orange. It also grows small flowers, which can be silver and light orange. These plants grow in tiny groups, but it's very easy to control and maintain their growth. They can be dried and used in cooking. As a defense mechanism the Callicarpa Auricoma has a thick, wooden stem. They rely on self pollination to reproduce. Once pollinated, they grow fairly large, delicious fruits.
