The Eremurus Yunnanensis is a scarce, tiny plant and can be found only high in the mountains. It blooms in early spring. It has large, circular leaves, which are usually emerald. It also grows huge flowers, which can be brown, light yellow, bronze and silver. These plants grow in small numbers, but it's really tricky to control and maintain their growth. They can be dried and used in cooking. As a defense mechanism the Eremurus Yunnanensis grows large thorns. They rely on winds to carry their seeds away to reproduce. Once pollinated, they grow fairly large, delicious fruits.
