The Freesia Somniferum is an extremely scarce, small plant and can be found almost anywhere. It blooms once a year, for 6 months. It has thin, wedge shaped leaves, which are usually dark yellow. It also grows huge flowers, which can be dark silver and dark orange. These plants grow in tiny groups, but it's fairly simple to control and maintain their growth. They can be used as an anesthetic. As a defense mechanism the Freesia Somniferum tastes horrible, when eaten raw. They rely on wind pollination to reproduce. Once pollinated, they grow fairly large, delicious nuts.
