The Carex Clethroides is a scarce, large plant and can be found only in some humid regions. It blooms once a year, for 1 week. It has narrow, rosette leaves, which are usually light green. It also grows large flowers, which can be dark blue, orange and red. These plants grow in decent numbers, but it's near impossible to control and maintain their growth. They can be eaten to relief a sore throat. As a defense mechanism the Carex Clethroides mimics the overall look of a different, poisonous plant. They rely on cloning themselves by growing a new specimen to reproduce.
