Redone Pepe put in a new context. In the middle of the crypto crash in June 2022, Pepe stands motionless through time as he tries to light his cigarette. He is returning back from his visit to the Mapo Bridge, which is a misleading name for the reality of what has happened there. Context: The Pepe for this image was taken from posts on X(formally Twitter.) The person who kept posting it was using it as a call sign that they did bad things on the blockchain.
