The River

Creation of "The River," a contract used by the Digital Zones of Immaterial Pictorial Sensibility. The River contains a payable default function and no other code. When an IKB token (a Digital Zone) is burned, half of the initial sale price (in ETH) is sent to the River and is verifiably non-retrievable.
