The people who lived at the outskirts of Bountyhead region didn't get the luxury of having iron lungs, some protect themselves with a breather. Luckily the harsh environment make Rolev a strong survivor. She made the helmet as her companion, by the bless of some delicate wizardry which is electrical engineering and Artificial Intelligence.
