In the night of a winter day, while people were sleeping in their warm houses, a great catastrophe occurred. A great earthquake destroyed homes, orphaned children, and separated friends. While people felt the pain, sadness and hopelessness, they witnessed the coldness and cruelty of some unscrupulous people. Although many lives were saved thanks to the help and support of thousands or even millions of people, there were also many victims of negligence.
