Darwin

The photo was taken during my stay in Zagreb (Croatia). This gentleman reminded me of Charles Darwin and when I saw what was written on the door, I immediately had to immortalize this incredible moment! I was recently in Zagreb and I went to that coffee bar with my daughter. I was hoping to find him, give him this photo and listen to his story. I didn't see him, so I showed the waiter a photo and asked if he knew him. He looked at the photo for a while, his voice became quiet. He said he was a very good man, a painter from a noble family who gave up everything for the sake of art. It was obvious that he loved and appreciated that gentleman very much.
