G X π has been designed to represent and convey a tactile physicality within the digital asset spectrum. Virtual representations of terrestrial items lose their tactile qualities of earth’s time & physics with their translation. With this digital treasure piece, Gisel has incorporated the element time, bringing forth a portal into one’s emotion. The coin undergoes weathering during it’s minting process, and is texturally fingerprinted with lightwaves from her “Transmissions of Light” Series. The other side of the coin is engraved with the infinite. The Fibonacci Spiral, this “Golden Ratio” is imbued with the irrational number of infinity; the only other in existence with π.
