“Scattered Limbs (Monument 01)” is a digital monument nested in a colorless shell. Its title pays homage to the architect Paolo Soleri who conceived of cities as living organisms and pointed a critical gaze at the fragmenting effects of contemporary urban life. This work was constructed using a wave function collapse algorithm which takes small inputs to procedurally generate labyrinthine structures.
