Arman was born in 1924, and hails from Aleppo, Syria. He immigrated to the US many decades ago. Starting from zero in his new country, he cut his teeth as an aluminum arbitrageur, running cans across the Ohio border into Michigan for redemption. Eventually, he settled into a gig recycling legacy computer systems for their precious metal content.
