Afrojack in the UK

This work was made in 2012 around the same time of the 1/1 NFT "Afrojack", token 60955. I painted it on paper in a pointillistic style, envisioning it as promo art to accompany a UK tour. It's a reference to the "British Invasion" of music that took place in 1960's America. Afrojack is among a long line of Dutch DJs who shaped modern electronic dance music (EDM), and have invaded many countries worldwide with their trademark explosive oranje buildups since the late naughties.
