This is a photograph taken by artist Eric Mancini of an installation he put up in Dallas, TX on April Fools Day of 2019 announcing a Trump Hotel. The installation just so happened to be put up on a piece of property owned by Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban who is openly not a fan of Donald Trump.
The artist was unaware that the property was owned by Mark Cuban, but in the end it ended up making the prank that much better.
At the time of installation, the artist remained anonymous just to see how things would unfold.
