Raizen - Sapphire Galaxy EthRanger #14

Raizen was the second suit used in an experimental military weapons program. The Sapphire Galaxy EthRanger suit has been bonded with a living alien metal. This alien metal can transform back and forth from a solid state to a liquid state at will. It can also regenerate any damaged areas and enhance the suit's abilities. This living metal is intelligent and in absolute full control of the suit. Raizen's unique ability is to generate Ghost Lightning. This ability allows Raizen to charge up and unleash a series of devastating attacks at incredible speeds. The Ghost Lightning can double attack power at maximum charge.
