Clyde One of my first works on the iPad using the app Paper by Fiftythree [2012]. This piece was special to me because it is a part of history in my journey with art on the iPad. Before the Color Mixer was added to the Paper app, the original color pallet was limited to only nine static colors- Black, White, Gray, Light Brown, Red, Goldenrod Yellow, Slate Blue, Sage Green and Lavender. The challenge to make anything realistic (at the time) with the app turned away many. The way the app allowed the blending of color right into the work like real paint is part of the reason I have stuck with it for so long.
