Deepscape at Yacoraite

The core of our Milky Way rises along with bright nebula and dark dust lanes over the ancient arcaheological site of Yacoraite, in the Argentine northwest. The remains of old fortifications can be seen atop this hill where Pre-Columbian civilizations thrived centuries ago under these very same skies.
