BRA1N8R was a human, but he realized all the frailty of mortality and decided that his brain and knowledge are so valuable that he simply cannot afford himself to die. Therefore, he created a robotic shell, which now serves him as a new body and simultaneously feeds his brain in formaldehyde solution. He has retained many human qualities and does not always understand the sense of humor of other robots, but he tries not to show it and learns to be a real robot.
