Bliss(ful ignorance)

A throwback to simpler times. A tribute to one of the most iconic and famous photos ever. A fading and nostalgic memory – the view that served as the backdrop to many of today's digital artists' earliest works in Microsoft Paint (including mine). The piece was inspired by recent photos of the famous hill from Charles O'Rear's photo – now completely unrecognizable. Yet it lives on in its former glory in the minds of millions who have never even seen it in real life. Even recognizable from basic shapes – such as lines with gradients. 25 years after the original photo was taken, Bliss(ful ignorance) will live on on the blockchain as a tribute.
