Poster image from the first art installation I was ever a part of that exhibited at Ottawa's Gallery 101 in 1982. Eschatology was led by artist Richard Purdy and involved the Experimental Art class of the Ottawa School of Art, including both myself and my mother Elizabeth Duncan who was also an artist. You can see all our names at the top. The show opened at Gallery 101 and ran from August 18-30, 1982. The work was an imaginative recreation of the fallout from a hypothetical plague 20 years previous, and seems extra timely as we near the show's 40th anniversary. I also got to play a sick person in a hospital bed during the exhibition. A cool piece of Ottawa art history as well as my own!
