VAMOS RAFA!

Rafa Nadal has always been an inspiration to me - his strength and resolve to fight for till the last moment and never give up, and his on and off court humility is something I try to live up to. On 11th October 2020, he made history yet again by winning the French Open a record 13th time and equalling the number of grand slam wins by Roger Federer (20). We are all fortunate to see these giants of sport continue to play. This is a sketch with the background colour matching the red dirt clay of the french open courts. And as he likes to exclaim after that winner down the line, VAMOS! (LET'S GOOOOO!)
