This legendary creature of folklore was reported in West Virginia in the late 60's near Point Pleasant, a town located at the confluence of the Kanawha and Ohio Rivers. It's though that the creature may live in an abandoned munitions plant, and was somehow responsible for (or at least, involved) in the collapse the Silver Bridge in 1967 which resulted in the deaths of 46 people.
