#03 of the re-imagined 'Gamester' art pieces that go from 1972 to 2020. 'Breakout' was an aptly named game, as it can be said to be the first viral game before the word 'viral' was ever used in that context. Breakout was built by Steve Wozniak of Apple fame and was the inspiration for some aspects of the Apple II PC. 'Breakout – Outbreak' marries the (now) retro original with social commentary of today.
