Koi by Sevi

These are the artworks of our son, Sevi, who took up art therapy to help his autism, which was diagnosed soon after he turned 2. "Koi" was Sevi's 5th work after he took up painting. He was only 5 years old when he painted this. There was a point during the painting of this piece that he got tired of holding the brush, so he picked up the paint and wiped it on the canvas using his palm and fingers. You can see the swipe of his palm by the right side of the blue water and the strokes from his fingers behind the fin on the left side of the koi.
