an experiment in artificial artistry. this project takes a famous quotation regarding art and illustrates it word by word using a text-to-image machine learning algorithm. a certain irony pervades the work as the software strives to create literal representation of the text, yet the human viewer is challenged to uncover conceptual meaning in visual abstraction. the work is presented in a PDF booklet, unlocked with purchase. it is best viewed in single page, full screen mode on a 4k UHD display.
