My work explores the relationship between the universality of myth and copycat violence. With influences as diverse as Kierkegaard and Roy Lichtenstein, new synergies are generated from both traditional and modern layers.
Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated by the ephemeral nature of the universe. What starts out as vision soon becomes corrupted into a carnival of defeat, leaving only a sense of decadence and the prospect of a new reality.
As spatial phenomena become clarified through studious and repetitive practice, the viewer is left with a tribute to the darkness of our condition.
