Lion's Tooth

Taraxacum - Commonly known as dandelion, dent de lion, lions tooth, blowball, milk witch, Irish Daisy, monks-head, priest's-crown, puff-ball, piss-a-bed and swine's snout. There are at least 100 species of Dandelion and all are beneficial. Dandelions are thought to have evolved about 30 million years ago in Eurasia and have been used by humans for food and as a herb for much of recorded history.
