From Within

Us humans are so much more complex than what we see. We have millions of memories that form our view of the world. We have complex emotions, from sadness to hope to empowerment. Each emotion that surfaces, is like a stroke of colour on a painting; it adds depth, colour and contrast.. there’s contrast within us and sometimes it can be intense, however, contrast keeps us from feeling numb.
