The Forest Guard

Firmly deciding that no matter how large the footsteps ahead of Pip were, he would be ready. Following the large steps higher into the forest, Pip found himself high up above the trees. It didn’t take long before he was faced with what he thought was the monster he had been following, he realised quickly that he was mistaken. Tightly grasping his sword, he held it even tighter when the large creature explained that it was there merely to protect wanderers from the creature much more dangerous than itself.
